For over 150 years, the Brooklyn Navy Yard churned out America's most famous fighting ships, from the USS Maine to the USS Missouri. In this Tasting Tuesday, brought to you by Yard tenants, Parker Red and Brooklyn Grange, You will start with a tour of the farm and a harvest of fresh summer veggies; tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and eggplant are all on the ticket. You will explore the complex flavor profiles of each vegetable and think about what makes these foods so satisfying and fresh.  What about these flavors is it that you yearn for in wintertime?
