Plan Your Visit

Our exhibit, public tours, educational programs, archival resources, and workforce development services, provide a fascinating look into the role the Yard played, and continues to play, in strengthening our nation and future generations of industrial innovators and entrepreneurs.

Visit our free-admission exhibits or purchase tickets for a Yard tour. The Yard, a private indsutrial park is closed ot the public, but BLDG 92 is your Gateway to the Navy Yard!

Hours

Our normal exhibit hours are listed below. We will post any upcoming schedule changes on the website. You can also follow us on twitter for announcements.

Monday & Tuesday: CLOSED (Except on certain holidays, see below)
Wednesday - Sunday: 12 pm - 6 pm

The exhibition is CLOSED on the following holidays:

Independence Day (July 4th)
Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving (We will close at 3pm on the day before Thanksgiving, Wed Nov 27) 
Christmas Day
New Years Day

The exhibition is OPEN on the following Monday holidays:

Memorial Day
Labor Day
Veteran's Day- Observed

Q: Can I view BLDG 92's collection in person?

BLDG 92's archival collection may be made available to serious scholars and researchers by appointment only. A Researcher Registration Form must be completed before your appointment. Please see our Resource Center page for further information.

School tours are available Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10:30 am and 11:30 am.
