About Ted & Honey
To run our café at BLDG 92, we teamed up with critically acclaimed and locally loved brother and sister team, Michelle Jackson Mannix and Chris Ted Jackson, owners of Ted & Honey, which currently operates a café and gourmet market in Cobble Hill.
All of Ted & Honey’s food is prepared in house right down to the pickles and ketchup and they use local farmers with sustainable environments, and organic products from farms and companies whose values and ethics they trust and admire. Ted & Honey was founded upon the principles of sustainability, use of local products, and high quality at an affordable price.
